Where we ship, how long it takes, and what it costs.

1Where we ship
- We ship across India. We do not currently ship internationally.
- Orders are dispatched from our unit in Thane, Maharashtra.
2Dispatch time
- In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders after that, or on Sundays and public holidays, go out the next working day.
- If an item is out of stock we contact you within one working day with an honest ETA, and you can wait or cancel for a full refund.
3Delivery time
- Thane, Mumbai, Kalyan, Dombivli, Bhiwandi: typically 1–2 working days.
- Rest of Maharashtra, including Pune and Ratnagiri: typically 2–4 working days.
- Rest of India: typically 3–6 working days.
- These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, strikes, and regional restrictions can add days. We will tell you if we know.
4Shipping charges
- Free delivery on prepaid orders above ₹999.
- Below ₹999, a flat shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pincodes and may carry an additional handling fee, shown at checkout.
5Tracking
- You receive an SMS and email with the AWB number once dispatched. You can also track from the Track My Order page or WhatsApp us your order number.
6Failed delivery & RTO
- Couriers attempt delivery up to three times. If all attempts fail, or the address is unreachable, the parcel returns to us.
- For prepaid orders we refund the product value after the parcel reaches us. For repeated COD refusals we may ask for prepayment on future orders.
7Damaged or wrong item
- Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and item. We replace it at our cost. Do not discard the packaging until this is settled.
