Life at Humable
Humable is the direct-to-consumer arm of Pro-Ortho Perfect India — a Thane orthopedic manufacturer. We make supports, we sell them ourselves, and we’re unusually blunt about what they can and can’t do. It’s a small team doing real work in an unglamorous category, and we build an environment where people from different backgrounds learn from one another and grow together.

We make what we sell
You're not marketing someone else's product. The factory is down the corridor — if a strap design is wrong, you can walk over and say so, and it changes.
Honesty is the strategy
We publish that our braces aren't medical devices and don't cure anything. If that sounds like bad marketing, this isn't the place. It's the whole reason people trust us.
Small team, visible work
There's no layer of people between what you do and whether it worked. That cuts both ways, and we think it's the better trade.
Health, taken seriously
People buy from us in pain. Getting a size or a support level wrong has a real cost. We'd rather lose a sale than get it wrong.
Learn the whole thing
Manufacturing, regulation, e-commerce, clinical basics. In a team this size you'll touch all of it, whether or not it's your job title.
Rooted in Maharashtra
Thane-based and proud of it. Most roles are on-site or hybrid — being near the unit matters more than it would elsewhere.
