  • This site is operated by Pro-Ortho Perfect India Pvt Ltd (“Humable”, “we”, “us”). We sell orthopedic supports and mobility aids online and through our clinics in Maharashtra. For any privacy question, write to us at the email shown under “Grievance & data requests” below.

2What we collect

  • Information you give us when you create an account, place an order, join our offer list or contact us — name, delivery address, mobile number, email address, order history and what you tell us about the fit you need.
  • Information collected automatically, such as pages viewed, items added to your cart and basic device data, to run and improve the store.
  • We do not store your card or bank details. Online payments are handled by our payment partner.

3How we use it

  • To process and deliver your orders, provide support, handle returns and size swaps, prevent fraud, and send you order and account emails.
  • If you are signed in, we may email you a reminder about items left in your cart and ask for a review after your order is delivered. Every such email has an unsubscribe link.
