Trade questions
What is the minimum order?
Trade rates start at 10 units, and they can be mixed across categories — you don't have to take ten of one SKU. Below that, our regular retail store is genuinely the easier route.
Can we get samples first?
Yes. Once we've spoken and understood your case mix, we send sample units of the SKUs you'd dispense most often. We'd rather you check the stitching and the strapping yourself than take our word for it.
Do you provide documentation for tenders and empanelment?
Yes — ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, WHO-GMP, CE and US FDA registration documents, plus product-level specification sheets. Ask and we'll send the pack.
What are your payment terms?
First order is typically advance or on delivery. Credit terms are available for established accounts after a few cycles, and for institutional contracts from the outset.
Do you ship outside Maharashtra?
Yes. Free delivery is included within Maharashtra on trade orders; elsewhere in India it's quoted at actuals and is usually modest at volume.
Can we private-label?
For institutional volumes, custom packaging is a conversation worth having — we manufacture in-house, so it's feasible. Mention it in the enquiry.
Will you undercut our counter price on your own website?
No. Our direct retail pricing is published and stable; we don't run flash pricing that would embarrass a partner's counter. If that ever changes, partners hear it first.
