1Who you are buying from

  • This site is operated by Pro-Ortho Perfect India Pvt Ltd, trading as Humable. Our seller details are at the foot of this page. Buying from this site means you accept these terms.

2Not medical advice

  • Humable products are designed to give comfort and support. They are not a substitute for medical care and are not intended to diagnose any condition.
  • Product descriptions, the Fit Finder, and the Find My Support quiz are guidance tools, not a clinical assessment. Their output is a suggestion.
  • If you have a diagnosed condition, a recent injury or surgery, or pain that is severe or worsening, consult a qualified doctor before buying. Do not delay medical care because of anything you read here.

3Pricing & availability

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. A tax invoice is issued with every order.
  • We try to keep pricing and stock accurate. If an obvious error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour a mistake.

4Your account

  • To place an order you create an account with your email address, mobile number and a password. Give accurate details — we use them to deliver your order and to contact you about it.
  • Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us if you think it has been misused.

5Orders

  • An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we dispatch it. We may decline an order — for suspected fraud, an unserviceable address, or a repeated COD refusal history — and will refund any payment taken.

6Cancellations, returns & refunds

  • We are responsible for the product you bought and what we promised about it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes arising from using a product against its instructions or without medical advice where advice was warranted.
  • Nothing here removes rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9Governing law

  • These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Thane, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.

10Changes

  • We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
